Our Investment Criteria

Properties that are situated on Signalized Intersection Corners.
Ranging from .75 acres to 10 acres.

Value Add – Shopping Centers

Any property with a value add component we are interested in taking a look at. We are interested in properties that have problems; Vacancies, Short Term Leases, and Environmental issues.

Problematic Properties

Environmental issues, capital Improvements needed, and properties in need of TLC

Short-Term Net Leased Properties

Single Tenant Net Leased Properties that have a couple of years remaining on their lease.
